Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! I love creating custom pieces. If you want a specific flower preserved or a unique design, message me and we’ll plan it together.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery within Europe usually takes 3–7 business days.

Are the flowers real?

Absolutely. Each piece features real flowers that are carefully dried and preserved in high-quality resin, so they can last a very long time.

What’s your return policy?

As each Neréa Anthi piece is carefully handmade, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Please feel free to reach out before placing your order if you have any questions-we are always happy to help you choose the right piece.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Keep it away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place, and gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.

Will the resin turn yellow over time?

I use high-quality resin to reduce yellowing. Like any resin, long exposure to direct sunlight can affect it, so I recommend storing pieces away from sunlight.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Europe. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped. Preparation and packaging may take up to 7–10 business days before dispatch.

Can I send this as a gift?

Of course. We can package it as a gift, and you can also add a short note. If you want a specific message, include it in the order notes.
